  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, version, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Device identifiers and advertising identifiers
  • Click identifiers appended to URLs by advertising platforms (such as gclid from Google Ads and fbclid from Meta)
  • Clickstream data and other interactions with our Site

2.3 Information from Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on our Site. These technologies are managed through Google Tag Manager and may include Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta Pixel, as described in detail in Section 6. For cookie-specific information, please also see our Cookie Policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To communicate with you about properties, listings, or services relevant to your interests
  • To send marketing communications (where permitted by law and your preferences)
  • To measure and optimize the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (including through gclid and fbclid attribution)
  • To improve the functionality and user experience of our Site
  • To protect the security and integrity of our Site (including through Cloudflare’s network services)
  • To display customer reviews and social proof through third-party review widgets
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating our Site and delivering services. Our current service providers include:

  • Google LLC — analytics, advertising, and tag management (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager)
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising and conversion measurement (Meta Pixel)
  • Elfsight — customer review display widget
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website security, content delivery, and performance
  • Our CRM, email, and lead management platforms

These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services on our behalf, except where they independently process data under their own policies (as described in Section 6).

4.2 Advertising Platforms

We share certain browsing and interaction data — including click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), IP addresses, and on-site behavior — with Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. for the purpose of serving targeted advertising and measuring campaign performance. This sharing may constitute “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Please see Section 9 for your opt-out rights.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Selling and Sharing of Personal Information

We share personal information with third-party advertising platforms (including Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC) for the purpose of targeted advertising and conversion measurement. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this sharing may qualify as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may opt out by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website footer, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

6. Third-Party Technologies and Service Providers

The following third-party technologies are deployed on our Site. Each section is labeled to indicate which tools are in use.

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google LLC, to manage and deploy tracking scripts and marketing tags on our Site. Google Tag Manager itself does not collect personal information; however, it loads and triggers other tags (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads) that may collect data as described in the sections below. All tags deployed through GTM are governed by their respective providers’ privacy policies. Data processed through GTM is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Ads (Conversion Tracking / gclid)

We use Google Ads conversion tracking, provided by Google LLC. When you click one of our Google Ads, Google places a cookie on your device and appends a unique click identifier (“gclid”) to the landing page URL. This allows us to measure which ad clicks result in valuable actions on our Site (such as form submissions or phone calls). The gclid and related conversion data are shared with Google and used in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram — fbclid Capture)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you click a link from a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta appends a unique click identifier (“fbclid”) to the URL. The Meta Pixel reads this identifier and other browsing data — including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and on-site interactions (such as page views and form submissions) — and transmits this information to Meta’s servers. Meta uses this data to measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and serve you targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram. This data is governed by Meta’s Data Policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy. You may manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

Elfsight All-in-One Reviews Widget

We use the Elfsight All-in-One Reviews Widget, provided by Elfsight, to display customer reviews from third-party platforms (such as Google and Facebook) on our Site. When you view a page containing this widget, your browser connects to Elfsight’s servers. Elfsight may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and information about your interaction with the widget. This data is processed by Elfsight in accordance with their Privacy Policy: elfsight.com/privacy-policy. Elfsight may also load review content from the original review platforms (such as Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.), which may result in those platforms collecting data about your visit in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Cloudflare

Our Site is served through Cloudflare’s network, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare acts as a reverse proxy and content delivery network (CDN), meaning that all traffic to and from our Site passes through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare may collect certain technical data — including IP addresses, HTTP request headers, and connection metadata — for the purposes of providing security services (including DDoS protection and bot mitigation), performance optimization, and network analytics. Cloudflare processes this data as a service provider on our behalf and does not use it for its own advertising purposes. Cloudflare’s data handling is governed by their Privacy Policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Site. For a full breakdown of the categories of cookies we use, which tools set them, how long they persist, and how to control them, please see our Cookie Policy.

You may also control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Site.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact form submissions are generally retained for 1 year. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

9.3 Opt-Out of Marketing

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including the use of Cloudflare’s network security infrastructure — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will promptly delete that information.
