Elfsight Reviews Widget
We display customer reviews using the Elfsight All-in-One Reviews Widget. By viewing pages containing this widget, your browser connects to Elfsight’s servers and to the original review platforms (such as Google and Facebook). This is governed by Elfsight’s Terms of Service: elfsight.com/terms-of-service.
Cloudflare
Our Site is delivered through Cloudflare’s content delivery and security network. All traffic to and from the Site passes through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare may apply security measures — including bot detection, DDoS mitigation, and rate limiting — that could affect your access to the Site if your traffic is identified as potentially harmful. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed-upon location. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
